PRODUCTS & SERVICES

We are based in Indonesia and South Korea. We can speak English, Korean, and Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian language). We provide shopping service, money transfer service, and shipping service (including keeping your package for free up to 3 weeks in Korean address). We accept order & payment WORLDWIDE/ from anywhere, and also ship WORLDWIDE.

2. Shopping Service

​

Exchange rates can be seen on our order form. You can also calculate our fee & total amount in USD/ IDR by inputting price/ amount in KRW on our order form. Our form has built-in calculator.

a. Buying products online with a link / URL provided by buyers. We dont accept order for cigarette & alcoholic beverage.

    Shipping process : supplier >> our address in korea >> buyer.
    Service fee (excluding paypal fee) : 10% of the items price (excluding Korea domestic shipping fee), minimum USD 4.

    Total amount = Items price + service fee + Korea domestic shipping fee + International shipping fee + paypal fee.
b. Buying Korea concerts, musicals tickets, shopping on bunjang.co.kr, and official fanclub membership  

    registration online.
  - Tickets purchased can be sent to your country or to your accomodation in Korea. If we do not manage to get the    

    concert ticket during official sales period, we can help you purchase from Korea secondhand ticket website, but

    the price is more expensive than official price.

  - Bunjang.co.kr : to buy rare items (fanmeeting photocards & signed albums). It's more like website to advertise so there      is bigger risk of getting scammed (receiving faked items, etc) so you should know the original products' characteristic.      For signed albums, check this guide on how to differenciate faked & original signed albums. Also, you should find the  

     items by yourself, send us the URLs, and price range (sometimes the sellers use auctions system & we have to bid a    

     price first). Keep in mind that we're not responsible if you get scammed by bunjang sellers. We only help buying the  

     requested products (by making deals with the sellers, asking for proof pics then show them to you. If you still want to

     buy, then you send us payment, we make payment to sellers, and ship them to you)

    Service fee (excluding paypal fee): 20% of the items price, minimum fee USD 5.

    Total amount = Items price + service fee + Korea domestic shipping fee/ International shipping fee + paypal fee.    
c. Money transfer (sending/ receiving) to/from Korean bank.
    Service fee (excluding paypal fee): 3% of the funds transferred. Minimum fee is USD 3. 

    (New rule, as of 20th Nov 2017) Receiving money service is only for receiving refund. You have to provide purchase/   

    payment proof which contain seller/ online shop/ company name and sender's bank account information (bank name,

    bank account no, bank account beneficiary name) and money we receive must be from that seller (sender's bank 

    account beneficiary name must be same as company/ seller/ bank account beneficiary name in purchase/ payment

    proof). We should not be held responsible for any wrong-doing of sender/ recipient, and we can report sender/

    recipient/ customer/ service user and give their information to police if there's indication of scam.

    Total amount = amount of money + service fee + paypal fee

Notes:
Korean domestic shipping fee is usually 2500 - 3000 won, or 4000 won for heavy fansite goods such as photobook.
 

3. Keeping and Shipping Service (package forwarding service, from Korean address)

We can help shipping your order/ package, including storing your packages and combining/ shipping them together. You are the one buying/ ordering/ paying, we only help delivering your packages. So you order it by yourself, then send it to our place in Korea.

Service fee: USD 3/ package (package sent to our Korean address/ domestic Korea tracking number)

If the package(s) requires repackaging (buying new box), you should pay repackaging fee.

 

Buyer MUST input tracking number for

• Shipping service

• Shopping service products which are not bought from e-commerce/ online shop website, such as fansites

As the Korean address is a warehouse in which there are too many packages, we can't find your package if there's no tracking number data. Tracking number can be input later (buyer can edit form entries).
